- Email address, only if you choose to submit it (for example, to receive a routine from our routine generator or to get updates).
- Basic usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, and device or browser type, collected through analytics to help us improve the site.
- Quiz responses are processed in your browser to show you a result. On the web, you do not need an account, and we do not require you to submit your answers to us to take a quiz.

- To provide the routine generator, quizzes, and other features you request.
